Chapter 4 - Reunited At Last - Part 2 The Terracotta Medal's True Form

Ash stopped when he saw May standing by herself he didn't think that she'd be outside all alone. After looking at her for a while Ash finally began to walk up to May and saw that she was smiling at the stars, "Hi May, what's up?" he asked. "Oh. Hey Ash, what are you doing out here?" she replied with a question of her own, " Well I can ask you the same thing." he laughed a little and smiled. May then smiled and laughed with him, "Me? Why am I out here? I came out to look at the stars." she answered. "Oh. That's cool, I came out the same reason." said Ash. It seemed that they share a habit of looking at the stars when they want to step out for a while. "So how's your journey been going?" May asked Ash. "My journey has been going great. I've gone through Sinnoh and Unova so far, and I just began traveling through the Kalos region." Ash answered. May looked and smiled at him, "That's great Ash! I'm glad to know that you're still giving it your all through every region." she responded. Ash stared into that that beautiful smile that he had grown so use to when they traveled together in Kanto and Hoenn, and her voice always came into his head, he always loved hearing the sound of her voice when she spoke but especially when it's just the two of them alone. Ash looked down and saw that May had something sticking out of her pocket. "Hey Ash?" she asked, "What is it May?" he replied. May then reached into her pocket and pulled out what was in there, "Do you still have this?" May held out her hand and showed Ash what it was. Ash looked at what May was holding and saw that it was her half of the Terracotta Medal, "Yeah. Of course I do. I never go anywhere without it." he reached for his pocket this time and pulled out his half of the Terracotta Medal. It seems neither one of them have forgotten the day they split that medal two years ago in Terracotta Town when they held an unofficial Pokémon Contest. "Wow can you believe that this is the same medal we tied for in Terracotta Town? If feels like such a long time ago." May asked, "Yup. I sure do." Ash answered. They both walked a little closer to connect the pieces together like they did before in Sinnoh and before they would try, the pieces began to lighten up. Ash and May were shocked at what was going on and for some reason Ash and May began to raise their hands to their ribbons halve. The pieces of the Terracotta Medal brightened up a bit more. Once it finished it turned into a radiant light and they couldn't believe what they saw, "Wha-What the?" they both asked, it seemed that the Terracotta Medal had finally awakened to its true form. Together Ash and May have made a promise. Behold for now the Terracotta Medal has given rise to its true form... It is now the Terracotta Star Medal of Promises. After its transformation, Ash and May smile at each other and their very own Medal that they have created. But, what was the promise that they made to each other?
